#125: Home for Children of Prisoners
COCHABAMBA, BOLIVIA — There is no "normal day" here! Our primary focus is the Bolivian Hope Center - a home which allows kids who would be living in the jails with their mothers to come and live, learn, grow, and, most importantly, learn about the love of Christ. Some days are spent helping with homework, others are spent playing soccer or painting a wall. We are also beginning (having learned from our mentors!) to work with some of the 37 different indigenous groups living in Bolivia. This includes trips to remote areas to establish working relationships with these groups with the hopes to plant churches and spread the Gospel. Spanish language would be helpful, but not required. However, a flexible, trainable spirit is required!
